Hi Cherie! I love listening to you talk about perfume, it is so relaxing. I recently purchased a sample of Levant from Ormonde Jayne and after the first spray I was sold. It's just incredible, and I can't stop sniffing my wrist when I wear it. Like you, I constantly shove my wrist under my husbands nose so he can smell something I sprayed on (and he is not as thrilled as I am) 😆Perfume makes me happy and I think of it as aroma therapy for me. Love from Sweden! ❤

Sounds like you have two rewarding jobs. Thanks for sharing with us. My earliest scent memories are of my parents (pipe tobacco and pine...or face cream and lipstick). Also, Katie Puckrick was fabulous.

Horses is a definite scent memory we have horses and saddle smell is one of my favorite. Scent memory is my Mom and Grandma they were from Europe and always bought fragrances for Christmas, valentines Day and Mother’s Day. My mom was a Estée Lauder, Chanel and Lancome lady!

Thank you so much for answering all my questions! I think I use Excel in the same way as you use Air Table, and I also colour code it according to how many times I've worn each perfume which then helps me choose which one to wear on a particular day as I try to share the love fairly equally amongst everything in my collection! Anyway - loved this video so thanks again!

Love these videos. I may have sampled perfumes based on what you said about them, but I blind bought 2 pairs of she’s from Bared Shoes that fit beautifully, very comfortable, well made, and gorgeous. the shoes shipped quickly and they were on sale. Thank you for mentioning the brand. I bought the black flat with bling bling strap and another black flat with a t-strap.
PS Katie Patrick was such a blast to watch.

Great episode,young lady 🙏👌♥️I do find it interesting how choices are made on fragrance wear daily.My decisions are based on mood,how many still have perfume in them, nostalgia and occassion.Definately easier for events or date nights..theyre the "good ones"...like the only dress you saved for church each Sunday 😉..like your mindfulness and being aware of need vs wants.Agree that fads,like cherry etc are to be avoided.What do you do wuth your empties..if bottle is beautuful,holds special memorues but not wanting to buy again? My lazy Susan has a few of them but I haven't disposed of them yet.Odd but true.Happy day to you, Cherie.xx

Hi Cherie, You know I have started purchasing some travel sizes for certain perfumes before purchasing the 100ml and it really gives you the opportunity and the time to be able to determine whether I really enjoy it enough to buy the full bottle. I think it’s great to do that and it’s also kind of fun discovering how much you really love something. I think I will also incorporate the rating system just because I have many perfumes and I don’t really want to purchase anything that I don’t think will be with me for the long haul. 😊
totally agree! Travel sizes are the ideal for when you want more than a sample but you also need more time to commit haha ...and you still get the fun of making a "purchase" as well without hurting the wallet to badly x

Hi Cherie! Love hearing from you. I loved Kery Puckrik’s reviews but she stopped almost 9 years ago. Her videos are timeless and I think she gained a lot of subscribers during the last few years. I would love to know what she is doing these days and if it’s perfume/scents related.
Oh I think she was a journalist or columnist? She just went back to other artistic endeavours. I followed her on twitter and that's where I get most of my updates lol I think she has a radio segment or something as well, maybe? Or maybe shes been a guest, I cant be sure.

I haven't! Its a bit chaotic tbh, Im still figuring out how I want to organise it. Also Im really self conscious of it since my no-buy year, it is a lot, albeit definitely not as many as some others on social media but I dont want people to feel like they need to have lots to be content with their perfume wardrobe xx. However, if you want to see it, I will try to film the organisation of it or something :)

But I like cherry perfumes... 😭🤣Incidentally, just recently tried a cherry-jasmine from Zurai called Moonlight Harvest and I loved it. Very much enjoy the perfumer Sam Macer's channel on YT too. Tons of great info. Very interesting observation on the second hand bottles Cherie! 🤔 Really wonder why that is. One of the best Q&A's I've seen. Cheers!
haha nothing wrong with liking Cherry! yes I enjoy Sam! In relation to the secondhand bottles, I think its just because more people are blind buying since 2020 and so theres more unwanted bottles being traded.
