My favourite writer of all time. On Sunday I had the bittersweet experience of reading his recently published final novel Silverview. And although slight at 200 pages it’s still full of his great insight. The Spy Who…I keep meaning to re-read and follow it up with A Legacy Of Spies which is its true sequel and gives a whole new spin on Came In From The Cold. Le Carre will be missed.
A well done tubber. A complex series of books, in a style of writing that requires careful reading, that sticks like a burr under a saddle. I rank the linked three "Tinker, Honorable, Smiley's" a masterpiece.

I really enjoy the slow burn that ratchets up until the amazing ending. Really enjoyed this one. All the twists and turns.
