    cut open the tofu package and pour out the liquid. cut it in six or eight pieces. put it in a plastic baggie in the freezer overnight. let thaw in the refrigerator. when thawed, squish each piece in the water will pour out. no more time consuming pressing and pressing and pressing. once you use this method you will never go back to regular tofu process.

    tofu used to be such a pain in the neck to make. it is so easy when you freeze it just takes 30 seconds. I open the package and drain cut up and six or eight pieces and freeze it. thaw out in the refrigerator and then squeeze each piece
