To be honest, Kozue is doing it correctly :x I was comparing their dance moves together and some of it looked very different :o Kozue's movements were all together, and she looked so cheerful when she was dancing too, which is why I usually follow Kozue when I'm practicing oxo Itoku was okay, not much to say. no offense though.
You don't follow anyone. You have to be dancing to the music itself. You have to know, that at this word in the song, you should be doing this move and so on. That's how you get a large group to dance in sync. =D
