I hope we settle outside of court if anything, but my attorney was like lets go to court and fight for everything. currently in my 30s and suffering from Degenerative disc disease now. Hey Mr Arkady, if an auto policy is 250/500k (250 per person) but the plaintiff’s injuries (neck/back) and medical bills are worth over 250k. Can a lawyer then go after the whole 500k policy? (No one else was injured in the car crash & there’s no umbrella or excess policy insurance)
Mr Frekhtman, when it come to calculating the damage, by multiplied methods, par example pain and suffering is 3 times ( lost wages plus medical expenses) is that means lost wages and medical expenses are included in that 3 times or not thanks
Usually just the pain and suffering non economic but I don’t like the 3x calculation be sure it limits you. If you value life differently It can be worth much more than 3x bills

They are fine. All insurance is pretty much fine if you have a real trial lawyer who builds the case and is willing to go to a jury verdict.

No bc it’s 250 per person. The 500 is for the entire accident so it wouldn’t apply usually
