I just found your video and I just purchased a 2013 used KIA from a dealer and it has just over 125,000 miles on it. Its very clean and runs great, mine has the 6 speed Manual Transmission and the 1.6L engine like yours. I don't know if the headlights have been changed on mind, but the one's you installed look bright even in the daylight. I wrote down the information and will take a look into them. You mentioned the air cleaner made a difference too so I'll look into that as well. I'm getting 32-34mpg now.
Richard thanks for watching yes I believe the lights I installed were better improvement as opposed to factory, not to mention a lower price, as for the air intake that I installed it has made a difference with pick up and gas mileage not a huge improvement but I would say on average about a 5% increase in both gas mileage and performance. For me it was worth it. Enjoy your new Kia for they are truly good economical cars. Stay safe👍🏽✌🏽
Love you videos man I too have a kia souls but one question my low beam on my passenger side keeps going out unless I would touch the connecter box , is it a wire problem ?
Thanks for watching and I’m glad you enjoy the videos. I really love my little Kia it’s a nice little ride and can be customized quite a bit. To answer your question it’s more likely one of two things it could be a faulty wire connection head which in that case you would have to replace the head wire harness the simplest way to do that is to go to some salvage yard with the same model and year as your Kia and simply cut the ends off of the head harness and pretty much rewire it onto yours. The second thing it could probably be is the connectors themselves are not making good contact, what you can do is disconnect the battery and clean the inside of the connectors as best you can and put some good electrical connection grease to make a good connection. Hope this information helps you.
Wait....I'm confused. I thought you were doing an LED conversion on your Kia Soul but that's not the case is it ?? Is it possible to do the LED conversion on these cars or no?
Thanks for watching the confusion might be that the GP thunder headlights because they have 7500 luminous, and our super white could be compared to the brightness of LEDs. As for purchasing actual headlights with built-in LEDs I’m sure there are aftermarket companies that do make them however I’m not sure if they do make them for the 2013 Kia soul I’ve actually searched and haven’t found any they do come with neon lights on the inside of the headlights along with the actual headlight bulb but no LEDs for actual Visibility. I hope this helps stay safe out there.👍🏽✌🏽
You need to be better organized. This video is useless there is to much side conversation and we don't need your life story about your job. You have installed it first and then walk us through the process backwards. Buy some gear help hold the camera Amazon has all kinds of gizmo to help
Robley, thanks for watching. It’s unfortunate you focused less on the process and more on me in this video and not on what it actually represents as far as a DIY light replacement., but to each there own. I do appreciate your input. Corrective criticism can find itself useful at times, and I am not one to judge. Stay safe and sound.👍🏽✌🏽
You are the ONLY person to explain the question I had! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Thanks for watching and I’m glad you found the video useful. Stay safe.👍🏽✌🏽
