A tale or a Tail??

Just another day cruising probably in between rides. I did notice the white Chevy cruising along when I passed it the first times with nothing out of the ordinary. Then I spotted him/her in the rearview right when it hopped in the carpool lane and accelerated up. That's when I made the first move. I didn't notice it again until it started creeping up while I was on the overpass. At that point chase was on.
