You should take the vapor rub and put it on their feet cover with socks when they go to bed. My allergy doctor told me to do this when I get sick and it really helps. I do it for my son as well and it works for him too.

Keren how have you been liking that double stroller as the kids have gotten bigger? I have the same one and it is SO hard to push. My babies are 1 and 3 💜
