As far as pacifiers go, my caregiver will let my have it when I go to bed, nap time, or when I cry or am stressed because he wants to make sure they don’t damage my teeth

what does regressing feel like? i’m never sure if i’m regressing sometimes and i get scared to call myself a little because i slip in and out easily and i don’t know if i’m even regressing ;_; sorry that it’s off topic lolol
If u want to but a good teether id recommend walmart they have cute teether clips that can also be used for pacis i have one for adhd and agere and i love it sm

If you have a retainer for night time and you use pacis in the day, I recommend wearing the retainers when you’re finished using the paci
