Question: doesn’t the story of Lazarus and the Rich man imply that we will be with God when we die, and that the Rich man in Hell wanted for someone to warn his brothers, indicating that this was before the final judgment? Can we deduce from that story some truths about life after this one? Or should we be cautious with those types of story’s since we don’t really know if it’s a parable or not?
@@villarrealmarta6103 Thanks for the question! I think we do well to be cautious. It is good for us to speak boldly about what Scripture says clearly and there is plenty hidden about life after death. What is clear for us is that Jesus is the only way to eternal life.
