  • I made this when I had COVID and injured. I was really demotivated during that time so making this video really reminded me how far I have came and not to give up. I didn't focus much on windmills hence why I do not have that many variations but I will work on them soon after getting my airflares and tricks.
    I hope you enjoy :)

    That’s awesome vid but i have a question,when you training the powermove,you put the target as this year u achieve barrelmill,… and when you get this,u change the orther or you train alot of move at the same time

    • @BboyRice
      @BboyRice  หลายเดือนก่อน

      it really depends man, its good to focus on moves like maybe 30mins - 1 hour per move but for me I definitely practice different moves in a session.

    Hello Bro During windmill practice my shoulder peeling occurs and my shoulder skin damaging and becoming dark. Please tell what should I do now. Make video on this problem 🥺

    • @BboyRice
      @BboyRice  ปีที่แล้ว

      This is very normal. You just have to rest when it hurts and work on other moves.

      Your leg swings are insane btw. Mine are way to stiff and dont go into the right direction. Any suggestion how to train that or do i just have to keep trying?

    I think you should still work on the speed before getting more combos
