right as shuttle was getting his 3rd jd couldve started rallying troops to shuttles base endlessly and it wouldve been over. protoss should always be between 15 and 30 supply up on the zerg in the mid game, but jd was over 20 supply up on shuttle.
JD almost losing that game is unacceptable with how far he was ahead in econ. He let up the pressure and didn't stop P from expanding. Should have made more macro hatches or made ultras when he was on 4+ bases; would have won the game then.
I think he just went into the "I did too much damage, he's gonna all in mode". Little did he know shuttle just double expanded and made a ton of gates. Wasn't a bad decision by JD based on what he knew. But he should have scouted and knew more. 100% he doesn't do that if he sees the double expand.
I thought that too. I don't agree with Allen. I think JD should be more aware about when he can expand. He could had take all expansions on top much sooner. Letting Shuttle expand twice on mid game was also a mistake.

Shuttle almost had the game at one point. And I feel strongly that Jaedong ought to have thrown some Ultralisks into the mix.
Yep, especially when his resources were 4K/3K at some point.
