I see little point in going back home to UK especially to my home city of Leicester. I do miss the family but I think it feels more appropriate and safer in Malaysia than anywhere else. Thus I don’t expect to see England again until 2021. Malaysia is far more bearable under RMCO however I would welcome the opportunity to travel to other SE Asian countries soon.

Like you, many have formed their opinions blindly without actually watching the Aljazeera show but just jumping on the bandwagon after watching these kinds of replies or comments on FB. Wise up guys, watch for yourself and form opinions whichever you want. Stop spreading wrong information.

You didn't mention the contact tracing, which is frankly HUGE. We're getting the occasional cluster, but the compliance for contact tracing makes a ton of difference in making every single cluster get contained efficiently. People's willingness to give up a little bit of privacy enable, for instance, I had a friend who was at a restaurant where a covid positive visitted, and the government evidently gave him a buzz almost immediately.

Thank you for this vlog, Keith. I have had a yet-to-be-sated love affair with Singapore and Malaysia for the last fifty years. I hope to be back there early next year for my birthday. That's assuming Australia will let me out!
For the businesses that went bust in the last six months, I have sympathy. Especially the workers made unemployed by this. But some of them may come back slowly. Maybe the growth in Malaysia was a little too fast and that the time ahead can see a more structured growth pattern. Inshallah, their economy gets back to normal sooner rather than later.
SARS taught South East Asia a lesson in 2002. They learned from it and acted accordingly- the explosion of cases among the worker dormitories in Singapore notwithstanding. Yet the "Little Red Dot" is martialling its resources to get on top of it as they head towards 50,000 infections but only 27 deaths, as I type this.
    All the best,
    Garry

Thank you so much for your compliment. Let take care each other and enjoy the life peacefully. COVID-19 is there but as long as we take care and follow the SOP everything will be fine and back to normal life. Actually i enjoyed alot new norm. Malaysian become more discipline. have a nice day all.

Yeah, my personal view is that people has to be aware that although malaysia has successfully curbed covid 19 from spreading much further, we have to play our role by wearing mask when we are in crowded places, keep our social distancing we can put covid 19 behind us.
