Snick isnt really so much an enemy rather than an obsticale. His only thing is bumping you around into the hordes of enemies chasing you in lap ten its nuts.

When I'm playing as Peppino I can't get the hardmode Lap 10 badge for John gutter but I can for the other level
That's weird, I'll try hard mode out as peppino in john gutter to verify this and see what happens.
