    Here it is 2022 and I still ride my 2013 Inazuma. At 60+ years old it is great back lane country road bike and doesn't crack my spine with its sooth suspension. Now that gas is $6 a gallon in California, I get questions all the time about it.

    Nice to hear you reviewing the little bike, I've been riding 40 years & bought an Inazuma last year, my thoughts are that it is a very accomplished bike, is capable of a lot in comparission to some other bikes. She may not have the power of other bikes but in a way that is part of the beauty. Riding can be more relaxed as your not having to study the roads for corner entry ect when your out of your area touring around, believe me I've heard of riders taking them across Africa & seen pictures of them way up in the mountains so touring is definately accessable.
    The handling is where I get my buzz from, I'm using the almost the whole section of the tyre & have never had serious moment, I must say that the tyre fitted is very very good for a "commuter", thank you Mr Suzuki & I intend to continue throwing the bike around for as long possible into the winter when I'll put my winter riding cap on & keep on going.
    My rating is 4 stars out of 5, she'll get the fifth star after another summers riding with a big grin on my face.

      I forgot to say that I'm 6'2", the bike is a little crapped but I've done well over 100 mile rides without any problems. Loving the bike.

    I enjoyed this review. I bought mine for buzzing around country lanes and other pleasure trips. At only 5' 7" and aged 60 something I didn't want a very tall bike, nor did I need another superbike. So far the bike has done very well. Nippy through traffic, handles well on the open road, and has enough "presence" to get respect from car drivers and waves and flashes from the "big bike" fraternity. Just the job.

    Thanks for this. I've been on bikes for years and have been waiting for a decent 250cc bike to come around again. They seem a bit thin on the ground these days though. Whilst big bikes are okay, I am just wanting a run-around and this looks as though it fits the bill. Cheers.

    • @Pen15UK
      @Pen15UK  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah if a run around is what you're after then this will certainly see you right. Cheap to insure, cheap to run and fun to ride. It will do decent speeds (keeping your licence clean) and it's also a comfy ride. For the price I don't think you can go Wong with this.

    Viable - if a little short on power - practical, economical bike at a realistic price by the look of it.

    I owned and rided a Honda 360 twin and this Suzuki has the same nice sound! Now O am riding a 150 cc chinese scooter which is very practical and affordable! Living in Chile riding a motorcycle is very costly and most of us can only afford smaller sized light motorcycles which mostly are from China and monocilindrical up to 200 cc! Only Honda has the Twister whish os 250 cc! A very nice bike with double camshaft! But the Suzuki is much more modern and I definitely like it's two cilinder engine! The Twister I like for it's classic look!!

    Hey nice video. The only real good review I found on this bike. I also have a question. The mirrors don't stick out so much to the side compared to what iv'e seen on other bikes. Is that a problem or can you see traffic just fine?:D

      if you play with the gears it will get you up hills. That's the joys of a smaller engined bike.

    Good video of my local area, very informative, with regards to the headlight does it give good vision on dark lanes?

    • @Pen15UK
      @Pen15UK  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      The headlights ok. To be honest I've not really ridden down dark roads as I've tended to go places where the roads have street lights but in my opinion the headlight is fine.

    Is the engine powerful enough to travel with a passenger (we both weight about 130 kg) ? I don't need crazy acceleration, just enough to keep up with cars and travel about 80-90 km/h. Thanks

      +Paulo B. i don't know. I don't have the Suzuki anymore.

  • @Korsfestelse
    @Korsfestelse 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    I know you don't have this bike now, but I'm planning ahead for when I'm saving up for my next bike (after doing my A2, obviously!). I was looking at getting the most out of the license but at the same time do I really need 47bhp for commuting and occasional longer trips? The highest UK speed limit is 70mph and even if this can cruise at 60mph it'd be ideal. If I could find one second hand for a decent price I'm really considering going for this first to gradually work my way up instead of going for, say, a CB500X right off the bat. Just wondering what you think? :)

    • @Pen15UK
      @Pen15UK  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      There's enough power in the inazuma for commuting and calm country rides. However, as soon as you can you'll want to get a bigger bike. There's a few decent 47bhp bikes out there and I think BMW now even do one.
      However, I'd probably still ditch a 47bhp bike as soon as I could anyway. Tough choice. The inazuma is the cheaper option though so I'd do that until I could move to much bigger.

    Hi, im 167cm and 80kg and i was thinking of getting this for second bike for around town and work and back ( i have kawasaki vulcan 900 cruiser for weekends ) would this bike be ok for my height and would it be able to carry pillion passenger if said passenger was 65kg + my 80kg?

    • @Pen15UK
      @Pen15UK  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      it's not too bad. As long as you're quick with the gears it should get you out.

    I'm glad I got one of the last ones in the USA from 2013 I don't think they're going to sell it here even though Honda release the cb300f they just don't sell. in squid Harley land to me the city does not need a 600.the 250 perfect fit for the city lot's of power in 1st so 15 or 16 tooth sprocket will get the revs down on highway yet 70-75 is just fine now and I am big not getting rid of mine in 5 years my grandson will get it maybe or I will make it faster its simple speed density fuel injection which needs no changes for turbo bigger injectors you don't need a controler to get more out of it if you know how to lie to its PCM however if I can get 80mph between 6k-9k rpm it would be great

    Im considering getting one ot this for going to work everyday (40km everyday) city and road. I am 1,86m and 100kgs, am i too big for this? should i discard it and go for a 500cc? thx for ur help! nice vid

    • @Pen15UK
      @Pen15UK  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm slightly shorter, but heavier than you and it rides absolutely fine for me.
      The weight isn't an issue and the fact it looks like a bigger bike will mean it won't look small with you on it.

      A revs / speed gearing table, shows that it reaches exactly 87.5 mph @ the rev limiter of 11,200. So 70 mph is 9000 rpm, right on the power peak of 24 bhp from 8000 to 9000.
