      Commerzbank or any popular in region. Voda and Telecom have good coverage but expensive data plans, see what other students are using in the area. Indian sim can be kept active by doing one time 1 day international roaming activation, then incoming sms should work.

      Man this tech in india is govt funded and costs no money to the users. Its a tax benefit just like free health care. Its not an alternative to cash. It is an alternative to paypal, venmo and cashapp.
