- Hello Everyone! You read right! James Hunt's Lotus 59! I was in complete awe of this car, being a massive James Hunt fan myself! Michael of Southwest Lotus Centre brought James' 59 from his collection! Beautifully maintained, incredible history and loved seeing it in action! This very car even featured in the James Hunt and Niki Lauda Biopic Rush! After filming and shooting it for a couple minutes Michael asked if I would like to see it drive.... I was blown away. It was a whole day of me being in awe, being a bit of a Lotus fan! Seeing the James Hunt Vs Niki Lauda rivalry and reading about it as I grew up made me a massive James Hunt and Niki Lauda fan! I want to thank the team especially James Webb and Ellie for the incredible support and believing in me! Truly thankful for the hospitality and help they gave me, and most of all them inviting me!!
