Out of service locomotive

We can often see freight train that tow another locomotive.
It's out of service locomotive.
It's towed with freight.
I'll introduced freight train number 8764 and 8765.
They are running between Tokyo freight terminal and Kuragano station.

ご投稿ありがとうございます。そうです。でも荷物を引っ張るための重連ではなく、後ろの機関車は荷物として運ばれる重連ですね。ですから無動力で回送されます。
