I’ve watched several versions of the tag book, but this is the first one that the binding made sense. Thank you for reasoning it out with us as you did it. I think I can actually make one now that I’ll actually show someone. You used beautiful paper and images. Thanks😊
Thank you, Carol! I’m excited to make one like this. Your instructions are so very helpful and clear. Your book is lovely! And Carol, please know your videos are always a pleasure to view, never “painful to watch” as you stated! I enjoy the “faffing about” portions as well! It’s wonderful to see your process and the thought that goes into each step.
I love tag books. I will have to make one like this. Your book is stunning with with all the great photographs and the paper choices. Very pretty. Thank you for the great tutorial on how to sew it together.
Let me start by saying I adore your tag book, it’s gorgeous. I loved watching your process you explained everything so clearly. Your videos are always a pleasure to watch.
Carol this is a gorgeous tag book. I love your closure with the lace ribbon. So pretty. Absolutely beautiful kits. Don’t worry I struggle with bows too. TFS.
Oh, Carol...Wow!!! How absolutely lovely. your second one, and you are a pro. I am so happy you showed us how you did the binding on video!!! Definitely something I will be having a go at. Thank you for the time you put into all your videos!!!
Thank you so much for showing the binding... I'm not sure I'd been able to figure that out as well you did. The Tag Book is lovely with every detail. Again, thank you for sharing your tips and techniques with us.
I love this so much ❤️ the way you constructed this tag book made total sense and I think I'll be able to make one without any major issues (I hope lol). I think this will be my Saturday project ❤️ Thank you so much. Carol!!
@@carollaws838 Aww thank you for subscribing to my channel ❤️ I'll definitely give you a shout because I very well may get stuck lolol! Thank you, Carol ❤️
I love your tag book. The digitals go so well together. Your binding instructions are excellent! I do love your ribbon ideas ....the pink ribbon for securing the little journal inside and the white ribbon with the tabs for the tag book closure. The only thing I might do different is to put the white ribbon under the pink ribbon at the spine. I love your work Carol!!
Wow...thank you for explaining and showing how you joined your tags together. It made perfect sense and something that I might be able to follow! LOL. Your work is impeccable and I love your style.
Lol I was with you throughout your struggles on that one Carol, but it came out really well and I love the result. Thank you for showing us how to work with the middle bit to make sure it all fits correctly. Well done and great stuff!
Wow!😮That was the first tag journal I fell in love with! I'm doing it. Thank you for sharing this...absolutly beautiful. I have crafty cats " in the city" kit. Done with pic! So beautiful, and so perfect for this project 🥰🙏❤️
Love your tag book and the fabric hinges you used to hold them together. It was a pleasure watching your video, enjoyed every minute...hugs from Arizona...:)
That was awesome 👍 I wonder how many tags could be bound together that way... Love how you decided to close it through the eyelets. *Thanks for sharing* ❤️ 🙂
Hi, there are 3 previous videos that i made when I made the last tag book - this is the link to the first one, the other 2 follow on, they are a little way back in my videos th-cam.com/video/lzvMyaYuP7Y/w-d-xo.html I hope they make sense to you xx
@@carollaws838 Hi. Thanks... Sorry, I should have been clearer. I have seen those videos thanks. I just wondered if you had videos for the tags in this video. Thanks so much.

Thank you very much for this tutorial ! your work is superbly done. The idea of this hinge is brilliant. I'll try. A big thank you joins a big bravo.
Hi Carol, I love this tag book. You made the assembly of it look easy enough for anyone to do. I really like that you put the fabric between the two tags rather than on the outside. Do you have tutorials for making each of the tags? Thank you for sharing your creativity with us.

Hi Carol, I’m a big fan of yours but just ran across this old video. Love this method for binding tags. Also, I had to say that I got a good laugh out of your saying” I won’t die in a ditch over it”….I’ve never heard that expression. Is that unique to where to live?
Hi there - glad you like it - apparently its an old english saying from way back - it means that you would rather die in a ditch than surrender / give up - allegedly from 1700, william of orange. so I guess if thats right, its a UK saying. arent old sayings odd!
I watched this when you first posted Carol and still love it as much today. May I ask which paper or card you print your photos on please? Thanks so much. Yvonne
The tab is from a whale tail punch, I glued it on and punched the eyelet. If you don't have a punch, you could make a tab from stronger paper/light card, and punch an eyelet. Hope that helps. X
do you mean why fold the tag in half so it opens? if thats what your asking, if you watch to the end, I put the fabric between and stitch around for the hinge. Hope that helps xx
