Anonymous communication networks, such as mix networks, provide anonymity at the cost of increased end-to-end latency, which degrades the user experience when adopting them for low-latency applications like web browsing. This talk introduces methods that enable low-latency mix networks with a Free Routes topology, effectively reducing end-to-end latency without compromising anonymity.
