Such a powerful part of mikes magic is his presence and banter. It's so perfect and you can even see it in the moments after the performance. Such an artist!
" . . . and when you leave here tonight, don't worry about how the tricks were done, focus more on how the experience made you feel." Experience the wonder. :)
Michael is a master at the REAL art of magic. Just showing someone that you can perform a color change with no banter imo isn’t magic. David Copperfield tells intricate stories on stage - a different style from closeup, but he shares the intricate story telling in closeup.
Brilliant story telling mixed with brilliant, raw, classic sleight of hand is a joy to watch when done with this level of mastery. I’ve seen this and all of your performances at least a dozen times, and as a magician I’m always able to take away something I need to work on more. Thank you for all your inspiration and true love and reverence for the art 🙏🏻
Michael, I've been binge watching your performances. I'm not a magician but wow you are incredible! Completely full of class and humility. Wishing you all my best!
Michael you are one of the most polished magicians I've ever seen. Such a joy to watch each and every time. I could sit while you do an entire set of tricks I don't like and still smile the entire time.
@@petergriffin8767 it's not the knowledge, it is to practice, do the routine over and over again until there is no more difference between "normal moves" and the "sleight of hand" moves!
Best hands I've ever seen. So clean and flawless. You should go to AGT and blow people's head off with your card skills. Love your personality too. You sir have my upmost admiration.
Such brilliant and flawless performance. I love routines that make you stare with wonder and revel in the beauty of the thing rather than simply making you anxious to know how the feats are accomplished.
Once more the tricks were impossible . . . . But I did follow one. Just one, but it took a second look to be sure I was right. I've watched 3-4 performances and still caught just one procedure.
Was replaying many parts of this video to hopefully catch how he did the card(s)-to-pocket trick and couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Then what he said at the end put my mind to rest... Focus on how the experience made you feel :)
He is a legend. I have amazed people in the past with my own talents, but what he does here is like... I don't even have words. Almost 40 years of practice turned into mastery. I am speechless.
I could only catch some of how he did it. Every time he puts his hands inside his jacket, you could see he was setting up for the next part. I could see him palming the cards.
+Node Pony If you had never seen him before, and didn't study any sleight of hand you would never know what he was doing. The only reason I figured it out is because I study the techniques closely, but even still, you know hes palming but you can't SEE it. His mannerisms are a part of his act so it all seems natural.
Here we are four years down the line, I hope you kept at it and can reflect on this comment seeing the progress you've made! If not, well maybe it will incline you to pick it back up ;)
Class act ! Saw you on Fool Us and came looking for more Michael Vincent .. really enjoyed your last trick, cards-to-4 pockets .. a real coup de grace !
What do you mean by that ? I did google "triumph of order over chaos" and all that came up is a book by Lisa Keller. Not realy sure why but im curious, if you would please elaborate that'd be great.
The triumph shuffle is a method of sorting a mixed deck into its individual colours. There are plenty of tutorials out there on TH-cam if you want to know how it's done.
The Triumph is a concept popularized (a probably created) by Vernon! No wonder he does it in this clear Vernon tribute, the technique comes from the gaming table, it is called push through shuffle.

I reckon, 90% of the magic is engaging with the audience. Michael does this flawlessly. :D

I have great memories of seeing Sir Michael in the barber shop. He was always happy to show us the magic he had. A gentleman in every way. Salute 🙏🏽
I'm so glad I met Michael a few years ago at The Magic Circle in London and saw him perform, along with Dynamo and Eric Jones. Was brilliant!
Toby Bromfield I'm so envy :)
After years I am coming to see it again and again!
Inspirational. I only hope the new generations can learn from your hard work, homages, and seamless performance.
Bravo! Pure class and elegance. Enjoyed every second of it. Thank you for being an inspiration.
Classiest magic act around. Beautiful work!
Michael’s narratives throughout are extraordinarily casual and competitive. He is truly from a great stock with these. As well.
everytime i see this guy, it makes me want to do magic too but i know he's one of the best of sleight of hands. So i keep watching with admiration.
start studying, man

that was awesome and a great tribute to the professor and legend
Michael, you're a treasure. Great show!
Just amazing! Skill second to none, silken classic stuff. Amazingly executed and amazing patter and narration
hi Micheal if your reading this its Ruby Branco your amazing
the presentation is absolutely incredible
Michaels dedication and experience really shows - sooo smooth
How is it even possible that he has only 5K subscribers? Such a shame!
I think, Alex, that each generation has their own heros of magic and are, perhaps, attracted to the kinds of magic that connects with them.
TH-cam is massive and someone can be on TH-cam for years that you'd love to watch. But unless you know them, most times you'll never find them.
Sometimes, it’s not how many but he quality of exactly who is watching and who has subscribed, in our modern era.
Another great performance by Michael Vincent. Very cool. 😎

You sir are cut from a different cloth. Couldnt help but smile from beginning to end.
Bravo sir, and a wonderful photo to cap it off!
Brilliant as always, Michael.
You sir are a class act.

Michael, I'm devouring your performances because your skills and your presentations are lovely! Wonderful act and I'm really surprised by that Triumph
He's so good they can't even applaud right. LOLOLOL Incredible!
This perfomance gave me goosebumps! Pure Class!
The misdirection here was incredible

Dai Vernon would be very proud.
no, he wouldn't. He would say "you've made it overlong and complicated! stick to the effect!"
@@jimbob2980 How do you know? I doubt that.
I think most magicians would call that a "Triumph" Michael.
Such a pleasure to witness Michael's work.
Beautiful and brilliant, sir
best close up magician I have ever seen
Great show! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
dude I love your tone and presentation
This man is sooo good, and elegant! I'm a fan of his magic!

Very clean magician.
Top-rated act...
The moves are so fast and smooth. It's as if he actually has magical powers and is trying to make it seem like he doesn't!
Rick was like, "Why no picture with me? 😟😟"
excellent
Great Job!

you dont actually see the palmed cards, only the moments where you assume he is palming.. even at 1/4 speed you can't see it. He is a Master Carder
What a finish!
absolute class
This guy is the best
awesome!
It looks like the nicest guy in the world
dude is a savage saying triumph when he does haha
if i can be 10% as good as you in years to come i will die a happy man

That's quite some jacket!!
The man was great but Sara stole the show completely!
She is so cute!
lol she was so high
Now I'm really confused. You were listening to the introduction? Have you been messing with me???🤔
I thought the photo at the end was gonna be another trick.
Ohhh..It was neat to see you perform the same trick with the imaginary coin purse much as you performed it back in your youth.
I am doing the same routines now as when I started. Nothing new, just better at presenting it. Thanks
great .
That triumph!
you should make a book
Great reference to "Leaving Las Vegas" at 8:00
this is unreal
Camera should be CLOSER.
4:48 I didn't get it.. Could someone explain please?
My left ear enjoyed this.
cool kodak magical pal you say kodak magic also cool
Sara's hot

14:17 is that a somekind of simple pass ?
His suit has secret door to drop the card again and again

Hey Michael, Are you using a stripper deck in this or is it just pure sleight of hand?
They say, "Cards, are the soul of Magic". I disagree, sort of; *Coins*, are the *heart* of Magic".
