So when you use ultimate fusion, do you need to mix it with medium? Or no? Do you mix this type of paint with only water?

You mix with only water by the drop. I also use ultimate Fusion blend flow on layers and anti bead for creases/veins. Since these videos were published, I have found my supplies cheaper at the website below.
