@@pokeminlokolo205 you can transfer affix as long as its the same category ie. Two hand sword to jur is possible because both are 2h weapons but dagger to jur is not possible. Tested by me and my friend.

It's not percent, it's a static value, I think the formula is your Crit rate - the target's Crit resist rate.
