Ep. 8: I Tried to Run a Sub-40 10k in Summer in China, Come See if I Managed to PB

I recently took part in the Park Runner 10k race at Shanghai's Century Park. It was a hot, sweaty June day, but that didn't stop me from trying to set a new PB over the distance. Check out the video to find out whether I managed to finish strong, or if I imploded in the heat and humidity.
