I went about 6 months or more without ice skating and put on weight, and when I got back on the ice, it felt like all my I've skating training was gone. I'm glad you still put out tips like these for those who are new and those who just need a refresher

kannst du open hockey stop übersetzen und rückwärts fahren und rückwärts übersetzen?
