I.have very sensjtive nipples and S12 is painful for me, and I have very low supply. I use Mamivac with bottles at low vacuum level to gather milk. Do you know any battery operated wearable pumps that have adjustable vacuum like Mamivac does?
I would need to see a video of that pump and flange setup- Mamivac isn't a brand I am familiar with but can get information to assist with this if I know the pump
