I just installed it. It was a simple process. I have wanted to add reviews to my site for a long time but never had a way to do it. Thanks for sharing this!
You would have to do that in the code of the site, so that’s going to depend on how much you’re able to change that. My guess is that it’s going to be easier to leave it on every page. If you can edit the code of the homepage only you can limit it to that page, but if you put it on the theme it will be on every page.
If anyone has installed this and wants to test out the placement (and I would assume colors, etc.) of the box, any changes made in the setup page are adjusted on the website in real time. I didn't notice any "save" button, and no code needs to be changed after the initial setup. This was super easy to install and it looks great. I do have one question: Is is possible to add multiple Etsy shops into the same account? The products on my website cover two of my Etsy shops.
I'm not sure about that but I'll ask Ross today during the livestream on my other channel. I love the idea of this, personally, it's a shortcut to give people a verification that you're not going to scam them.
Ross answered that you can have unlimited Etsy shops per account, but you only put one widget on each website. So I would choose the Etsy shop that has the same name as your website to be the one taht you connect.
I think I was reading the other day that the FTC updated rules from August prohibit suppression of reviews "based upon their ratings or negative sentiment."
The star rating that’s shown is based on all of your reviews regardless of whether you show all of them or not. But there is the option of showing all of them so you can definitely do that. Most people aren’t going to open the review section to begin with, and if they do they might go to your Etsy shop, but if they do at least they’re still in your Etsy shop. The vast majority of people will still stay on your website, though.
@@brockuscreationshandcraftersif you ahead have one you might not need another one! If you’re happy with the one you have then you can stick with that. The benefit of this one is that it’s there in front of people all the time.
@@KaraBuntin Exactly. Brockus, I took a look at the widget you are currently using. It looks like you have done a great job for a WHILE of collecting reviews. Our product is heading that direction rapidly (helping our customers collect product-specific reviews); but for many entrepreneurs who have NOT been doing this, we wanted to give them the ability to display reviews from applicable platforms. :). In the near future, swing back by and you might like what you see for all of the above. Cheers,
It looks like it is not possible to use for Square websites as I cant find any way to edit the code. Do you know how it can be used on a Square website?
@sharemystars would be able to answer that. I think he said it works on squarespace but if square won't let you get into the code I don't think you can install it.
Got it working!! From your Dashboard you choose Online > Setting > Tracking Tools and click "Add New Code" to add it into the Header. Easy! I was trying to add it when Editing my site that's why I couldn't find it at first.
I have 2 stores and I will create the third one. In one account there should be multiple store usage for the same account and the verification of the website should be mandatory to eliminate the developers if it can be...
You can link to more than one Etsy shop reviews, but it's only one etsy shop per website. If you have more than one Etsy shop, just use the one that has the most reviews.
@@KaraBuntinTutorialsagree! That definitely makes the most sense. On our end also, Etsy potentially wouldn’t be happy if we aggregated multiple shops into a single thread.

I'm glad to share it, I really like it!
Thank you Kara and Ross! I've been debating and trying to research apps for reviews. You just saved me lots of time! Works great!
Glad it was helpful!
It is perfect! I love it! Thank you for sharing
You are so welcome!
This was really easy to install. The other one I had made my load times too slow plus this one just looks better. Thanks!!!
Glad it helped!
Just installed the widget- super easy! Is there a way to make adjustments to the color and look of the widget after it has been installed?
You can go back to your account and click on the site, it will open up and you can customize it there.
@ Thank You! ! Had an issue doing that & Ross was really helpful , got it sorted out!

We are working on this feature so you can specify which pages it shows up on! Thank you for this feedback. It makes sense to us!!!

How can I contact their support team?
I think ross and his business partner are the support team…I’ll suggest they put a contact form on the website.
@KaraBuntinTutorials Thanks 🙏🏼 Do you know if I can add Google reviews as well? Because in your video I saw that it pulls only Etsy's reviews
@@orasta9772 It says that it will pull Google, Facebook, Amazon and Etsy in.
I'm concerned that it will send customers to our Etsy store. How is it better than other apps that import reviews from other platforms?
