- Moroadi Cholota, the former PA of the then premier of the Free State, is back in the country.
Cholota was initially a key state witness now turned accused 17 in the multi-million rand asbestos roof removal case.
She is alleged to have known crucial details of the R255 million asbestos roof removal case. SAPS is expected to arrest her on arrival.

No.i lost family members n I'm living with the condition caused by asbestos.no one ever cares about us.they used the money happily for their own benefits.they have to pay

What's wrong with giving bail? Being arrested does not mean you are guilty of a crime. Being arrested means you are suspected of committing a crime so they bring you in (arrest) so they can obtain all of your information (names, address, job, etc) and register you for trial.
The police putting you in holding cells does not mean its "prison". Those cells are just a temporary accommodation while they process you. Once you are processed, there is no longer a need to remain in the cells and therefore a judge will release back to your home through a process called "bail". Bail is only denied when if the judge is worried that you are so dangerous that you might temper with the case or intimidate witnesses.
The only time you are guilty of a crime, is when a judge says you are guilty. It is only at that moment where you are sent to actual prison and you don't get bail or anything.
