What if Mr. Sinister Made Magneto Young Again?

With a new iteration of the X-men coming to the MCU, there are many questions on our minds. One of these questions is, how will the origin and age of Magneto be addressed. Since Magneto is a victim of the Holocaust, he would now be in his 90's. Even with his extreme power set, it would be difficult for him to fight off a team of much younger X-men.
In the comics, Mr. Sinister has been known for his experimentations on humans and mutants. He has not only had an obsession with the families of Jean Grey, and Scott Summers, but also Professor Xavier and his family. When Charles Xavier and Max Eisenhardt(or Erik Lehnsherr) met, Mr. Sinister could have caught them in a trap and experimented on them, giving them some type of formula that enhances their longevity.
