What helped me is asking my mom for advice and TH-cam videos 😂 but once you do a recipe more often you’ll have it down and you’ll be amazed at yourself. Keep trying to learn to cook you got this.

I cook the rice first for like 5-10minutes so they can get soft then I add it to the meat with onions and cilantro. I don’t even have to add egg.

Never give up! I didn’t have anyone show me how to cook. At 18 I started teaching myself through online recipes and TH-cam videos. 6 years later, A HUGE difference in my cooking. You have to keep experimenting. It’s okay to learn later than others. If you never try, you’ll never get it right

That looked good no lie! 😋 My mom taught me to make it without the rice in meatball mixture. We have the rice in another pot & add it when we are about to eat in the bowl with the albondigas con el caldo & veggies. To be honest, I wasn’t a cook until my boyfriend came along. He’s the chef in the relationship, he gave me inspiration & encouragement to want to cook 😄

Just some suggestions for next time. instead of cilantro my family uses llerba buena, also I cook the actual soup by scratch using tomatoes onion and some salt and water in the licuadora and it’s way better than the can it gives it a whole nother flavor , also make the meatballs smaller and you’re good to go 😋😋😋
