I am so in love with your setup JOE ..it never gets old watching your monologue videos as you walk around your truck.. your a big inspiration and I think I am speaking for all of us solo guys in the industry when I say thank you for sharing so much regular content because it really helps our motivation when we have a rough day to see your videos pop up and remind us that we are not alone and to keep getting at it.. It is hard not to get inspired from seeing how far you have come and how you still never seem to lose momentum....I can't believe I have already been watching your videos for over two freakin years and look at what you have been able to to achieve in such a short amount of time! So proud of you bro 🤙🏼 here's to the best year yet 🙌🏼
The best parts of your business are that the results are apparent and the effort is rewarded. I’ve done stone work, run restaurants, done tree removal and a lot in between and there is no greater joy in life than the efficiency of just being able to get to work and handily overcome any setbacks. Spoke with a man from India this past weekend on his first trip to the US. For the past 40 years he’s been working 12 hour days, 7 days a week running his factory, and to see how he lit up when he was able to talk about it gave me a little pep in my step as a fellow working jackass, as my grandfather would say. Keep at it, Joe
Nice! Same here. Just 2-3 jobs per day but multiple tasks. Been hitting double minimum easy. Trying to close all leads possible and book may and June with as much work as possible to compensate for slow weeks 🎉
Congrats Joe! And lmao: Condo people are really something. In their defense, though, in my experience most situations come down to communication issues between them and their associations.
I’ve pulled water out of lakes with a full flow three stage water filter. It’s cleaner than the mains. Love how you use all your arsenal of time in need. Especially when using your legs to move things around.😆
Pressure and soft washing company here in Australia... we've also noticed the quality of new homes is unbelievably bad, despite the fact that we're paying some of the highest prices for them in the world
I’m defense of builders… we can not find decent skilled labor anymore. At any cost! This is why I have drastically cut back new construction to just a few homes a year and started expanding wash business. I assumed it’s easier to get someone to learn how to spray some soap and rinse if I provided quality equipment and training. I’m learning quickly that this too is challenging to get quality help. Our country is in trouble if Elon doesn’t create more robots to start doing jobs no one else wants to do. I was against automation just a few years ago. Now I realize it’s part of our survival.
For your water issues; Have you thought about pulling a water tank trailer? I’ve seen other companies use them as transfer tanks for larger apartment complex jobs. Might work well for your situation. Also, do you have a purchase link for the X6?
Oh wow! This is definitely my thing, Powerful Improvements! I usually help clients like you, and I’d love to jump into a discovery call with you to address your problems properly. Don’t worry; it’s free! Let me know if I can send you a private message.
when it comes to the smaller roof jobs like just one side etc, do you charge just 1 hr of labor plus chems? or how do you go about it? I have minimums in place for everything. like Deck staining for me is 1000 regardless of how small. so in this example maybe 200-300 minimum depending on your overhead for a small section?
So with Information given out 100 jobs this month and you have a minimum of $1000 day or you try to not go out. You made 100k in the month of April. That's nuts!
I have one in a bucket with a few sones in the bottom. I drilled a lot of 1/4 inch holes then added landscape fabric to the outside. I would think you could add a sediment filter before your tanks
@@powerfulimprovements roger that I had started mine last September and I was just trying to collect some data to see where I should possibly be at. Thanks again. Love your videos.
Not asking what anyone is paying just some basic math anyone can dig up online. amazon has 12.5 - 15% shock in 4 - 55gallon drums for $2100 plus $500 delivery shrink wrapped in plastic on a pallet in white plastic barrels. Thats $2600 all together. But when i go to the big box store (Menards) you can buy pool shock 12.5 - 15 for only $4.59/gallon. That means if i go to the big box store you will spend $1100 on the same amount plus I am saving $1,500. So basically online Shock is $10/gallon and in real life its $5/gallon. I"m more than happy to save the $1500/pallet of 4 barrels by opening and dumping out my own shock gallon by gallon. I haven't ever priced it locally by bulk, maybe i should, who knows.

I currently haul 550 and rarely run completely out
Congrats on your best month Joe!
Thanks so much!
What’s the shelf life of shock? I live in a pretty hot environment and know it breaks down quicker in heat. Any tips on extending its lifetime?
Try to keep it out of the sunlight if possible.

We price in, height/risk/vegatation/pain/suffering/etc
hey Joe, you need to buy a 1000 gallon tank and call the SH truck
Right!!!
Why didn’t you use the super pump?
Well deserved! 😀

Hey Joe, how do you handle the stress of growing so large and being so busy?
The more busy i get, the more stressed i seem to get.
Huge inspiration!
Well… I did have a heart attack last June, so… maybe don’t follow me down the same path
@powerfulimprovements Yeah...😅 glad everything is well now. I remember I came home from a cleaning and saw a post about it, I felt sick when I saw it.

Since you have that small generator have you thought abouy geting a 3/4 horse utility pump and pulling water from the lakes?
Too much silt and debris
You could filter the suction side
I have one in a bucket with a few sones in the bottom. I drilled a lot of 1/4 inch holes then added landscape fabric to the outside. I would think you could add a sediment filter before your tanks
I will try to get a picture when my uncle returns it
15% huh 😮
Are you using a 12v pump for that roof and really bad siding job?
Always using a 12 V for roof washing
How does the dark sidings look after it dry using S.H. do you ever get a call back about water spots?
Rarely
Rinse and rinse
@@powerfulimprovements thx
I had a question if you can cifon water from lakes or streams?
Certainly could
Just wondering how long you have been in business

What's that 15% costing you per gallon/or 55drum? Cost More then the 12.5%?
A little over 4$ delivered

@@DumbCarGuy you should try to find local supplier. I pay less than 900$ for 4 barrels of 15% delivered
