  • PipeLT.com - We are a Trenchless Pipe Lining Company servicing greater Southeastern, Florida. We have over 35 Years of plumbing history and for the last 16+ years, we have specialized exclusively in pipelining. If you would like a quote to repair your sanitary drainage pipes using pipelining, fill out the contact form on our website or call 561-412-4234 today!
    Don't dig up your floors or tear out your walls in your home, building, or condominium to replace bad pipes. Trenchless Pipelining allows you to make repairs with minimal disruption to your daily routine and surroundings saving you 30-40% on repair costs.
    Pipelining Technologies, Inc. offers a 5-year parts & labor warranty. The end product has a 50-year life-use expectancy. That's almost double the life-use of new cast iron pipe in South Florida!
    Repairs that would be completed in weeks or months can be made in just a few days with pipelining.
    This video shows the Continuous Inversion Pipelining process from start to finish. The steps of a typical pipelining application are as follows:
    1) Initial Video Inspection
    2) Pipe Cleaning
    3) Assemble the Liner
    4) Mix 2-Part Epoxy
    5) Add Epoxy to the Liner
    6) "Wet-Out" Liner (Saturate Evenly)
    7) Load Liner into Inversion Tank
    8) The Pipe is Lined
    9) Robotically Reinstate Branch Openings

    Great video! As a building inspector for 21 years thank goodness someone invented this. I hate seeing home owners have to rip out concrete slab to replace lines like the old ways. That’s why I hate houses on slab. I’ve seen this done many times. It’s great!

    The sewer line in front of my house is being retrofitted as I type this. I wasn't aware of how this inversion process worked until watching the video. My street was finally repaired and new asphalt put down 6 months ago, it was in bad shape after 20 years. I'm glad they used this system instead of having to rip the road up, as the sewer is probably 40 years old, and in desperate need of repair.

    Well done video production. I'm surprised you only had less than 20 views by May 5th 2019?
    I was jetting a drain yesterday for a friend's sister, a professional came out last week to use snake auger they were horrible. I brought a Jetter hose and a cheap pressure washer took 6 hours but I got it done. I was discussing this technology last night to the client but until I saw this video was not sure of the process. Fantastic!

      Hi Steven, thanks for watching. It really depends upon the system. Our goal is to be as minimally-invasive to the property as possible. An excellent video inspection is key to outlining the layout of the lines prior to beginning any CIPP work so we are prepared and can plan the best course of action for the long-term success of the property owner. Most customers are surprisingly pleased with the fast service and little disruption involved with pipelining when compared to conventional pipe repair methods.

    What is the thickness of the liner (for various size pipe interior diameters)? How much will the size (cross sectional area or diameter) be reduced?

    • @Pipeltech
      @Pipeltech  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Our liner materials range from 2mm -4.5mm inside the home. Because the liner is a woven material imbedded with epoxy, it is thinner and stronger than something like PVC but just as structural. There is very little change to the diameter and flow is restored. Our products have a 50-year life use expectancy.

    what if the branches need lining as well?

    • @Pipeltech
      @Pipeltech  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      We love lining branch lines! After lining via continuous inversion, we use a robotic reinstatement cutter to pinpoint the precise location of the branch lines. Once those are opened, we line the branches so that the complete system is lined. We also perform vapor testing following the lining to ensure that everything is 100% lined and functioning optimally.

    How well does the lining hold up against roots?

    • @Pipeltech
      @Pipeltech  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Since the epoxy lining is as good as a new pipe once the lining is done, it will hold up against root intrusion as a new pipe would. Roots become a problem when the pipe gets cracked or deteriorates and the roots can get in. This process would prevent that from happening for a long time.

    • @foobarmaximus3506
      @foobarmaximus3506 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Pipeltech- Not true. They should be better. Most roots intrude, initially, at pipe joints. This doesn't have joints, so it should be better.

    • @MrSillepj
      @MrSillepj 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Most traditional digging methods are going to cost you a lot more. Pipelining saves between 30 and 40% and can be done anytime vs a traditional digging method. This makes it so you don't have to dig and or tear up the ground in your home, driveway, or patio.

    Great technology, but if you're unlucky like me, they forget to cut out your house tap. 23,000 thousand dollars later and a law suit against the water commissioner and I settled for 15,000. I am right now finally getting them going on giving my money back because I had to personally hire it done. We thought it was roots or a pipe collapse. I was happy it was the liner because at leased I get 2/3 back.

      We're glad you asked! The video does talk about plumbing bends, fittings, and combos. With the advancements in the CIPP industry, we're able to use items such as fitting liners for specialty areas, make custom liners for unique situations, and reinstate branch line openings with superior robotic cutters in order to line (in most cases) the entire system. There are options such as brush coating and spray coating that can help us rehabilitate the tightest of spaces, too. Pipe lining is a specialty plumbing field that requires a FL state contractor's license and a great deal of training. At PTI, we've specialized exclusively in cured-in-place pipe lining since 2005 and we've seen the amazing benefits it brings to our customers. Hope this helps answer your question.
