That's how most of Taishi's albums are, after all乁 ˘ o ˘ ㄏ That aside, it totally sounds like it was released just before 2020. I suppose it's no surprise since it's Taishi? Their music always sound like it's both from the past and the future. And, zts and other artists are also here, which is great but the way this entire album weaves a narrative is very, very interesting... I hope to have the guts to share my interpretation one day, but not right now, it's way too simple ahaha

There are also a few artists actually named unknown too though, or other variations of such. For example to name a few: SPD GAR (Speed garage and house), Homicide Vol. 1 (Gabber and speedcore), MORPHO PARADIGM (glitchstep and nu-dubstep) and then you have the Arcaea series albums which are more popular. There are some western artists who are involved in these too like Frums and ak+q. These compilations have always been super interesting to me because its super cool to see what all these different artists can create on one album.
This feels like the score to an anime, it really does. It has themes in it, and a consistent sound! It's lovely, and bits of it seem super sad, like one of those animes... with bad endings.

This is because some tracks were originally made to have a seamless perfect transition between them. For example, Intermediate and Clover's Heart ,The Ingess To The End Of Nadir, R.A.I.D part 1 and part 2. Therefore, I decide to combine all of the tracks in this album so that the audience including me have a better listening experience
It was released on CD in Japan during Comiket 75 in 2008, and as far as I can tell, it's no longer sold and it doesn't seem to be available to purchase digitally. So I guess your only option to actually buy it would be to find a used CD copy for sale online, but I'll bet it's a little hard to find
