I just realized. In Sonic X Tails stated that 6 months on Mobius is 6 years on Earth so it's only been 31 months since the beginning of the Canon Sonic story.
Same! It just makes sense that we get all the characters, and the different stages. Also, I love the transition between Classic Sonic, and modern Sonic. 10/10
