Last year bumili kami sa lugar na yan 3 hectare 6 million...yun ang kabayan.... base sa price ng banko kaya napakataas ng presyo niyan
The bank po will only give you 1/3 of the estimated value of the property po. I had our lot assessed too and I can only get 2M loan so the manager explained that to be on the safe side only 1/3 of the assessed amount is loanable. Thank you

Stephen it is just in batangas province. there are many good farms in quezon and it won’t cost you that much.
@@jojovillanueva true im basically checking- out tiaong quezon i think its the closest to manila, im just not familliar with quezon province.
Stephen there are properties in laguna that doesn’t cost a premium. or in bataan province. you could build something out of the ‘overprice’ and start your new life. or if you don’t mind going further south,camarines norte has got a lot to offer.
