Sorry to say but 95% chance they already swarmed. I know it looks like a lot of bees so can be easy to not realize it but the queen cell you broke off the 2nd box that you found on the top of the frames was obviously charged and looked like it was capped.
I cringed when you cut that queen cell off that 2nd wonky comb frame because it looked capped as well. There was another one I saw on the left side of the first wonky comb that I think you missed, hopefully you did and that there could be others or you may have inadvertently doomed that hive.
The queen will leave shortly before they cap the queen cells and sometime you might catch her right after they cap them but generally by the time you see a capped queen cell she’s gone.
The fact you didn’t see any eggs is what makes me nervous for the hive since removing all the queen cells makes it impossible for them to create anymore.
It’s generally best practice to not damage or remove queen cells until you positively identify the queen. Even then if you cut out all the queen cells they might swarm anyways since they are in swarm mode already. It’s best to take the queen and some bees and create a new hive.
A lot of people will crack the boxes and tilt them up on the side to look at the bottom of the frames to check for swarm cells so they won’t be damaged when pulling the frames to inspect. Also a good practice to set the boxes on one side when you remove them just keeps from crushing bees but also if the queen is on one of those frames she won’t climb down onto the ground from a frames. She rarely would climb on the outside of the box so putting on the side when you remove them has multiple benefits.
Hopefully when you go back you find good queen cells or if you’re really lucky the queen but probably already swarmed.
I bet it is hard filming by yourself but maybe edit out the crotch shots 😂

I'm telling ya, the crotch shots are an issue. LOL
Yeah it's been very odd over here after noticing this issue with the queen.
I went ahead and ordered a new queen. She came and we got her successfully installed. Came back 4 days afterwards and found the queen! The problem was that it didn't appear to be the same queen. The one we had installed had a green dot on her back and this had no marking whatsoever. Very strange indeed. So I'm still scratching my head over here. I appreciate the kind words and the advice!! Have a great day!

I think you missed a queen cell 1st frame bottom box, hopefully they will requeen with a superior queen that can perform twice as long as a inferior queen that you would buy!

I honestly think that’s exactly what happened. I have a couple more videos coming soon that will play that out. It’s so bizarre!!

You might catch something paranormal on the trail cam, then your two worlds will collide, lol!
