I’m so digging your videos. Question, how do you set up your shop to be boutique and thrift? Like do you have one side boutique and one side thrift or mixed in.

Thank you! We use a different tag to distinguish the thrifted items from the boutique items. We also have a few “feature” walls that are kinda separate from the rest of the hanging space that we typically use to make the boutique items stand out. We actually try not to separate the two and encourage shoppers to buy from both collections. We even mix and match new and used on the mannequins sometimes.
