He is also amazingly humble for someone so big in talent - He gave his band their own identity as The Hooligans. Most lead singers just call their background vocals/musicians "their band". And he lets them be the main act on some songs, while letting them rest with him performing solo on some. Also chill, he and his band dresses casual with tennis shoes (for comfort) instead of being decked out in rhinestone shiny outfits.
