Deep Clean/Repair - Part 2 - Misc Parts and Cleaning - Passap e6000/DM80/Pinky

Taking apart, examining, and deep cleaning a double bed Passap. Disclaimer: I am not a trained technician- I have just done this multiple times with different machines and have developed a process that has been successful for me. This process (or parts thereof) is useful for multiple situations, such as replacing damaged channels, springs, combs, panels, etc, or more quickly removing multiple needles.

It is great that you take the time to video, to help new Passap knitters, but It is not necessary to remove the channel unless it is damaged,

I noticed you commented on. A pinkie carriage you had that was very stiff. I purchased one where both front and back locks were jammed on GX. I managed with a LOT of work with an electronic spray, gun ilmNd a hair dryer to get one side working, but not the other. Would you have any tips? Something else I could try?

Thank you for creating this detailed video for the Passap knitting machine. Do you have any issues with the pushers and needles after cleaning with the isopropyl? What do you use to lubricate the machine after? Thanks again!
