      Uk is way better Offcourse there will be a lot more competition than Netherlands but it is absolutely the better option considering every aspects of studying here in the Netherlands
      Rent is way too high
      Housing crisis
      Not a lot of opportunities for international students

    Comparison between Ireland and Netherlands in studies and settle down

  • @alihammad9489
    @alihammad9489 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Is doing masters in Netherland a good idea to settle in the future plus is there any restriction to jobs due to language barrier? Getting a PR and post study work permit extends or not?

    • @arhankh
      @arhankh  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it's a good option to consider, there are no restrictions but companies prefer Dutch proficiency, you need a job offer after one year of your study to continue living in the Netherlands

    I am a civil engineering graduate. But I want to start my career as a programmer(like data science or data engineering).
    Most of the Universities in Netherlands has requirements of related coursework in honours to enter in the masters program. Do you have any suggestion for me?

    In terms of finances, the Netherlands is better as well.
    Also, I have a question.
    Do 12th-grade marks matter there if I want a job in university?
    Also, is it equally difficult to sustain here as it is in the UK or USA?

    • @arhankh
      @arhankh  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Agreed.
      I don't think 12th-grade marks matter, I have never once used my 12th-grade marks in the past 2 jobs I have worked.
      For students not part of the European Union Countries it's equally hard.

    Insightful video!
    Question: How is the financial industry of Netherlands, and is it similar to Germany in a way that you have learn their native language to get a good job in financial industry?
    Last Question: What are your plans going forward? After MBA?

    • @arhankh

      Dutch does seem to give you more leverage to get jobs, but I do know some people who have got English-based jobs as well.

    • @arhankh
      @arhankh  หลายเดือนก่อน

      to get a job in the Netherlands you need to get a visa sponsorship from a company here, You also need to stay here for 5 years after that to be eligible for PR. Do some research on Dutch PR requirements to get further clarity.
