This is the perfect clock for my meditation that I use, the seconds ticking as the counter for the number of repetitions I do as well as the duration timing, just perfect, Thank you so much
This has been useful for my boxed breathing exercises to reduce anxiety and stress. Instead of pacing in my head, I can count the ticks, and the sound gives me something else to focus on.
1,800 Seconds Countup Timer 0:00 Prepare-Start 1:00 60 Seconds Past 2:00 120 Seconds Past 3:00 180 Seconds Past 5:00 300 Seconds Past 10:00 600 Seconds Past 15:00 900 Seconds Past 20:00 1,200 Seconds Past 25:00 1,500 Seconds Past 29:00 Last Minute 30:00 End 1,800 Seconds
This is amazing. I use it for a breathing exercise which is called 'Kapalbhati Pranayam' in India, in which I exhale once per second. And the ticks really help me time my exhales!
You know l never heard of this man before! I’m Canadian! No excuse! I really like his intelligence and sense of humour! And happy I found this interview!
This is very useful. I perform yoga routines on this ticking sound, especially for performing Sun Salutation (Surya namaskar)... where I need to pause 5 seconds for each posture. Thus, I complete 12 postures of Sun Salutation in 60 seconds. Further I use ticking sound to pause 20 seconds to 30 seconds for other yoga postures. Just being one with ticking sound and performing yoga refreshes mind power since you are away from churning thought process.
I have read your routine with a voice of Christian Bale from American psycho. Impressive, very nice... Let's see Paul Allen using of this second counter.

Good stuff, use to time myself hanging on a monkey bar to rehab my shoulders and measure heartrate. Just wondering if the ticking is helpful for getting into sleep phase.
