For me, the most emotional song is Alleviate by Imminence
2023 was not a good year for me mental (and emotionally)… I lost 3 loved ones in September, my mama on the 10th, close family friend on the 11th, and FIL on the 23rd. I was truly living in the black and this band got me through it. Alleviate was my light in the darkness. ❤ Love this band sooo much.

Eddie’s vocal performance is so full of anger & pain in this song, along with the violin solo gives me goosebumps and chills-and a lot of tears. I’m seeing them live in STL this coming Tuesday, and I’m gonna have to bring Kleenex with me. 😢

The emotion and pain , it’s so genuine and relatable. They are top tier IMO.

If your into these guys, I’d recommend Polaris , Currents and Silent Planet.
All have a level of unique depth and emotion in their music.

This album was their first Solo Release Album without a label! Imminence Tops themselves with every new release. Their music videos have stories embedded in them too! Eddie Berg, the vocalist and violinist, he really does amazing stuff!! He’s also apart of an Indie Folk Band called Bear Mountain Park, and it’s amazing to see a single artist who can do so much!

Architects has some similar sounding music to imminence. They incorporate a lot of orchestral and synth elements into their music. Same genre as well.

If you havent listened to the band Architects I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try. The albums Holy Hell and For Those That Wish to Exist are great but All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us is a top teir listening experience. Some of the heaviest a deepest lyrics I've heard in an album
