Yo kinda do it doesnt tell you special characters but it tells you which one does more damage which ones will have a boost on it you just have ti look at the characters when you first open your events
Its not a gt quest its a gt character basicly if you look up on google chrome or anything you use gt characters in dbl it will tell you all the characters that are gt
What if I need him in order to complete the missions??
If you finish all the missions it will give you omega shenron then you can finish all the challenges
