I’d definitely do 1 &2 versions. This will make good Christmas gifts when the fabric is customized to the individual (like college students)!! The 3rd version seems to be a good sturdy one for use if making a long handle for like walking the dog!!! Very nice ideas!
Thank you so much! I knew there was a way to neatly finish the ends; now I know 2 ways. I’m not sure which I’ll use at this point. I’m subscribing first sure. 😊
i liked the lobster clasp hardware you used...going to return the other kind i purchased that you use the pliers with..).plus it swivels; i like the idea of little batting...might even use iron on interfacing too...thanks...good job
What type of batting do you use? I want to try version 2 as I have a lot of cotton scraps, but the batting you are using is not the 4 oz batting that I use for purses.
I like the 14“ x 3 1/2“, I did the second version. I do not have any canvas. The places that sell canvas in my area do not have a variety. But believe me, I have cotton fabric and lots of it. I tried to make it 4 inches, according to the chart Stating your fabric should be four times wider than your hardware. I do not like it. I stayed with the 3 1/2 inches wide by 14 inches. I made 15 of them in no time. After my hardware came
Can you tell me what kind of Scotchgard spray you use for these and where do you get it from? I did a quick look on Amazon and it appeared that the sprays were very expensive. So I'm wondering if I was looking at the wrong.
Hi MaryAnn, I use the red bottle, "Fabric Water Shield" Scotchgard, but the yellow bottle would work too "Outdoor Sun and Water Shield", they even have one called "fabric crafts watershield". If it is too pricey on amazon, I would suggest looking at your local walmart. Or look for a smaller bottle, 283 grams. I have looked again and it seems easier to find on the canadian amazon then the american amazon. Not sure why that is!
I did 1st one with interface iron on and the outside came out sturdy and love it.
Number 1 for me! Great tutorial.
Thanks U made my sewing project for my granddaughters for sewing and using what been made🙏
I prefer versoion 2 for what I normally sew. I use version 3 when I am sewing lanyards. Nicely done.
Love that thought when it comes to lanyards :)
Best wristlet tutorial! Thanks!

I am so glad to hear that! I am with you...I think it might depend on what fabric you are using as to which one would be best. Happy Sewing!

The ones that pinch come undone.
I like the idea of no1 or 2 as I have fob hardware. This way there won't be any raw edges when I clamp it. (from Brisbane Australia)
Love the options. Thank you
This was a good tutorial
Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤
Wonderful no 2 for me thank you

Awesome job!
1st one is best
Wonderful tut thank you
You're very welcome!
How much would you sell them for?
I usually go to Etsy and check prices. When I looked, it seemed like the going prize was eight dollars each. For this size.
Where did you buy that strawberry fabric.?? ❤❤😍
It’s out of print Ruby Star strawberry and friends. The one she used is the canvas
Second.. thank you
What type of batting do you use? I want to try version 2 as I have a lot of cotton scraps, but the batting you are using is not the 4 oz batting that I use for purses.
My batting scraps are cast offs from my quilts. So they are often a thin layer of cotton batting. Not too puffy. I hope that helps, and happy sewing!🧵
I just bought pellon 987 fusible fleece

Do you re-treat after washing
Version 2 for me, I suppose! 😊
Thanks for the idea, this will be my Christmas gifts this year! 😍 Only 18 or more to sew 😂
I feel like this should work for a scrunchie more or less.
what are the measurements of the fabric
14” x 3.5”
Omg It's literally shown on screen at 1:17.
@@EmeraldStarryEyez i’m sorry, but I think it would’ve been a lot easier to answer her question. I do not understand Internet bullies.
