I'm usually pretty good at +2ing without the help of my cube but if I want some extra support with that I'll get the GAN 14.

The top ring is for center travel and bottom is for compression (spring/maglev strength). The settings you used should be:
Center travel 1
Compression 4
Edge magnet 3
Corner magnet 5 (idk if white/blue)

Same thing. On other cubes i just have a lot of lockups, but in gan 14 my TPS will be increase a little bit, so without lockups it will be better at controlling the cube and better on TPS

I’ve switched main from the 12 to the 14. I think the turning is slightly better on the 14. My only issue is it’s reliability. It does pop alot more than the 12 ever did and it’s slightly concerning considering I set mine to quite tight tensions. But after setting it up and using it for the last few days I got a pb ao5 on it. I think it’s exactly what people were expecting the 13 to be, it feels like an edited slightly better 12 in my opinion
but... for $90? are you going to buy next year's for $119 for a new ao5 pb? this is just impractical and predatory on younger cubers asking their parents for the cool new thing.

I think I’ll keep the 13, I love it 🙂. I mean, it’s really good for me, I think I’ll keep it until GAN 15 or GAN 16 if they make them.

I didn't even know that the 11 came out in September 2020. It feels so new!
I was shoping for a new cube,12/13 and 14... and just took the 12 right away after seeing all the reviews... was still using my Gan 11M pro
the possible combination is actually 1404 instead of 1296, because you could and no magnets at all in the eges and corners ,(if you for some reason don't like alinement or magnets or you don't want to be a speedcuber)
I just got theGan 14 March 18, and that was my birthday, and I average five seconds, but with the gan 14, I got a full second solve then a free second solve

I'm no speed cuber, and I'm not working towards becoming a speedcuber. but I do appreciate when a company puts in the effort, and I like to have the most Supreme product, so I bought the 14, the same way that I am no professional accordionist, but I did buy the Roland FR8X, and I am no professional clarinetist, but I did buy the buffet at 13 prestige, so if someone likes having high-end stuff the GAN14 is definitely the way to go.
I have to correct myself and I have to confess since I've left this comment, I found myself time and again timing myself it's not that good but I guess I am going towards speedcubing after all

I have it and it's just not smooth enough for me turning style but it is very close in feel to my main.
It feels exactly like the Gan 12 Maglev, the 14 is just a little less smooth and a little louder.
Am I the only one who wishes they offered a black colour for the inside of the cube I find myself showing off the 365M because the black is so much more appealing to me
I think the middle ring is center travel, and the outer ring is spring compression.

I love how they always look for improvement. This brand developed the Bugatti of Rubik’s Cube . Once I think “oh it can’t get better than this . “ they just drop a new proved one . I love their work already. Now I can see why people like to collect these even if they look the same

@tingman I'm a huge fan and have seen all you videos at least twice. I average around 20 with 4 look oll, 8 algs short of full pll, and intuitive f2l. Other than learning full oll and pll, any tips for sub 15?
work in f2l solutions using alg sheets like cubeskills or just random videos. also make sure you have a sub-3 cross
@@HardPasta sub 3 cross is quite slow for sub 15...cross must be done in sub 1.5 for sub 15

Haven’t seen a review from you in a while! I don’t like the 14’s box… It opened up on its own multiple times in my bag :( I do like the cube though, it’s my new main! My cube box has Tymon’s signature printed on though, for the first bunch of buyers… :P
The back gear is actually the tension not the center travel
