I’m from Saudi Arabia. one of the tradition’s meals in Saudi is “ Gurs” the gurs is made by a flour on a sheet basically with oil, and you can add some honey, dates, or cream! As you like. This dish is very testy and satiated.

Hello, I come frome Viet Nam. In my country, there are many kinds of breakfast foods such as "pho"- which is a kind of special noodle, it has meat( pork or beef or fish, chicken.....), vegetable and vermicelli. Especially, it is a wonderful mix of many spice and hot sauce- which is made from pork or beef bones. Moreover, you can enjoy "Xôi". It is made from sticky rice-" gao nep" so it is very soft or you can eat bread- it is called " pate". If you have a chance to go to Viet Nam , i recommend that you should try them. I think that you will like them.😍

In Vietnam there are many choices for mornings. You can have sandwiches with meat, vegetables and sauce inside or Pho - a famous dish in Vietnam, it's delicious, I love Vietnamese cuisine so much

Hi, Im from Viet Nam and I usually have breakfast with "hủ tíu".
"Hủ tíu" is a hot noodles soup that very close, popular, unreplaceable and above all, affordable with most of Vietnamese. There are different kinds of "hủ tíu" come from different parts of Viet Nam. So I'll take an example, "hủ tíu Mỹ Tho", which is soft long white noodles and is covered in hot pleasant scented soup, seasoned with fried purple onion, chili and lemon. The topping is mostly minced pork meat or sea foods like shrimps, squids. But the speciality, the soul of " hủ tíu" is the hot soup cooked for long hours with animals bone to get natural sweet taste. Moreover it should be flavored gentle and contains enough all the needed ingredients depended on recipes of chefs :) (I'm come from Sai Gon so when it comes to the soup, the hot liquid of "hủ tíu Mỹ Tho", I think Mỹ Tho's residents is the best judge :> )
Similarly is "hủ tíu chay", which I usually have at weekend after nearly five days eating meat or fish, I mean products from animals. "Hủ tíu chay" is mostly the same as the one I mentioned before but the difference is the soup and topping. All ingredients come from vegetables such as tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrot,...and is eaten together with some herbs like fried onion, sawleaf, basil,..."Hủ tíu chay" is a great choice for vegetarians and also for those who get tired of consuming animal meats and would like to try something new. And I normally judge a place selling "Hủ tíu" through criteria that does the soup still remain hot after I finish eating. If that's a yes, then I'll definitely back soon.

Hi lm from Algeria WE have many types for breakfast bat usully WE take milk egges with oil , but for me i love and love 💕💕💕❤️💕❤️❤️ take rice with milk , first prepar rice in water then put milk and two of la vache qui rit it's very delicious , also like drinc jus for breakfast and et some fruit

In Colombia 🇨🇴 where I live near to Medellín, we eat "Arepa" Is like a tortilla made by corn 🌽, and we eat with differents options; "Arepa" with butter and eggs, Arepa with butter and cheese, Arepa with cookies, Arepa with meat... And there are a wide variety of options, and everyday eat Arepa but with differents options, and is a so delicious food, many Colombians that lives in other countries missed food.

But my son is "rice person",so he often eat rice instead of bread. Also he doesn't like tamagoyaki,so he has low egg on rice with soy sauce.
Hi, I am come from in Haiti, I am living in the United States. Therefore, in Haiti, we are used diffrents meals for breafast, as we have coffee with bread, butter in it, fried egges with boiled banana or with liver goat. In addition, we have spaghetti, boiled egg with ripe banana, these meals are very popular in the morning for breafast in my country.

Hi, I m from Srilanka. I usually have bread, chickpea and rotty that make from wheat. I don't have all at once. Have them separately on different days.
Good program. I am an Indian lady. But i am in Malaysia. We have always take idly and sambar curry with coconut chutney. Idly is made by rice and black gram.its so good for health. One day before we are going to soak the rice and gram within four hours. Then we grind it well Then we mix it Next day we are going to steam the idly cooker.
