Getting whoops error same as others, even after doing clear cache, deleting deactivated version, using another dev edition org, using other tutorials, done everything, i think its backend issue, please solve

I can't able to activate the resource management it shows error like "it_resource_name invalid condition logic: some filter condition are defined but not referenced in your filter logic" please help me to solve the error today is a deadline 😢😢

Select the “View Details and Versions” option for the flow you want to delete. (Down Arrow)It will be right side under last modified date Select the “View Details and Versions” option for the flow you want to delete. If it’s currently being used (active), click Deactivate. Delete the Flow: Click the Delete button next to the flow name. This removes the entire flow, including all version To delete an individual version, click the “Del” link for that specific version.
