Almost 20 years ago and it still gives an emotion when he mentions Spain as the winner, All the children we send do feats in Eurovision but Maira Isabel made a myth in Junior.
Is it just me or is it real cause idk when Denmarks song started i think i saw the other contestants dancing with them in the corner if you put it in 0,25x speed at 56:20
My Top 6: 06. 1:07:32 Belgium 05. 37:55 Cyprus 04. 1:03:03 Sweden 03. 59:47 Spain 02. 56:23 Denmark 01. 7:11 Greece (On the list are only the songs that I really like. Other songs are not good enough to listen)
The weirdest thing about the Nordic countries not doing Junior Eurovision anymore is I'd argue the thing was LESS dignified while they were there. Nowadays, the songs resemble things you'd actually listen to.
I mean, I get their whole argument is that it's too much like regular Eurovision now. As a counterpoint, I would like to remind them that regular Eurovision songs are, generally speaking, good. This really does sound like JUNIOR Eurovision, like regular Eurovision songs that shrank in the wash. Modern Junior Eurovision at least sounds like the music from a good kids' show, like Sesame Street or Phineas and Ferb or something like that. This is like Barney the Dinosaur.
@@SuperJNG18 Valid point. Althought it has been lightened up in later years. 1:Concidering you are now allowed to keep 40% of the song in another laungage, 60% in your own. 2: The age limit was 8-15. 3: The song has to have written by the singer itself. I've heard that Norway is not taking part due to the last reason. It is a valid point. (It changed) At times I actually like the junior music more than adult Eurovision, it's a bit more fun.
@@thesnesgeekThe rule of “The singer has to write the song” is not valid anymore. I know it because I am French and the songs represented by Valentina and by Carla were written by Barbara Pravi (who participated in the adult version by the way) and not by them.
Digo la verdad, me hubiese gustado que gane la cancion iti multumesc que la de antes muerta que sencilla pero igual me alegro de que maria isabel haya ganado :D

Spain❤
This is for me so many memories as this was the first ever Eurovision I saw in my life. Now I am 27 and a big fan of the whole Eurovision. 💗
Spain may be the best song of all junior eurovision times.

Yes, why not :) They might've danced in greenroom, it's a regular practice in JESC, especially early years

@@SuperJNG18 Great comparison. Phineas and Ferb songs kicks ass, the same with loads of Junior Eurovision songs.

Why does singer maría isabel speak Spanish at the junior eurovision song contest in 2004?
Cause she is Spanish? She was 9 years old and no knowledge of English.
