My hashtags don’t work anymore too! I used to get a hugeeee reach with hashtags, but it’s little to none now...

Yeap due to the number of people using hashtags etc. However, sometimes it's not about the hashtags that would necessarily increase the engagement. The brand story plays a very huge part in increasing engagement as well!
Something I've been doing with my stories is taking a selfie with my headphones in and ask people to guess what band I'm listening to with 4 hints pertaining to fun facts about the band or a new single or something. The last hint giving 2-3 letters to help them and character spaces so they know in total how many letters are in the band name. My followers are loving it!!
