@@AlessandroMarinoPianist A whole year late, but just wanted to say that I'd legit pay to watch you play live. This was perfectly arranged and played, it's insane.
@@MechMonstrosity thank you so much! You can follow me on ig for news about my live shows. Most of my shows are in Italy and Europe, but I had some small tours in the US and Asia as well.
Absolutely jaw dropping, both arrangement and performance. Translating this ridiculously complex song into such clear and spectacular performance on a single instrument is an extraordinary feat. I can't even. Phenomenal!
I love when I see comments like yours, it means you understand the hard work behind this video 🙏🏽 my arrangements start always from the aim of trying to translate the original sound and atmosphere into a high level piano language, like in the 19th century many great pianists did, starting from the orchestral music. Metal bands are my orchestras, in this case!
Wow, the oscar winning actor from The Pianist is actually an amazing real pianist in real life! but seriously, incredible version....people don't understand just how much skill and time this would require to put together
😂😂😂 thank you! Luckily I have received many comments from people aware of the work behind this video (as well as my other arrangements from metal songs). I hope to debut live with my Chamber Metal Project asap! Basically, I do the same as the virtuoso pianists of 19th-early 20th century, when they started from orchestral works and translated into a piano language trying to recreate the same power, the same atmosphere. But in this case metal bands are my orchestras 🤟🏽
Ai limiti dell'impossibile, una sfida al virtuosismo dei giovanissimi difficile da imitare. Un coraggioso esperimento di congiunzione tra il passato e la musica del futuro. Un virtuosismo che supera ogni confine.
It is the most insane transcription of the piece. I love you simply make the piece more elegant by putting some insanely incredible elements inside the original composition. I would really love to hear this as a version of the song being studio recorded (it still sounds insane indeed). Keep up the incredible work and I wish you get ahead in this field. Cheers!!
Thank you so much! Messages like yours encourage me more and more in realizing my forecoming Chamber Metal Project, in which I’ll play piano solo transcriptions like this one, and piano and electric guitar both metal and classical transcriptions!
I just loved how you managed to put percussive parts where it was needed, and worked the left hand in a much more interesting way than just mimic bass/guitar. You put so much more classical music elements. I wish this will be a classical music piece in near future :D I was playing a piano version myself, and I would like to try to play more like your version which REALLY amazed me! If you don't mind of course (I'll reference you)
Thank you for your message! I really appreciate you recognized classical music elements. Indeed, in my “Chamber Metal Project” (which includes this piece, other piano solo transcriptions and others for piano&electric guitar, for now) I want to create a bridge between classical and metal, showing they are very close to each other, despite every sort of people’s prejudice! Of course no problem if you want to quote my version! :D
Having played only the keyboard parts in this song, that was itself a herculean task for me. To witness a complete piano transcription of this song, is baffling to me. So clean, so precise, not missing a single beat and managing the different tempo variations whilst playing even the guitar parts is just phenomenal. I am just mesmerized to see this!! 🥲 I just want to hug you and tell you that you're absolutely insane!! 🤘
Thank you so much! It is part of my Chamber Metal Project, in which I want to build up a bridge between classical and metal, through my piano solo transcriptions or duet piano & electric guitar (I uploaded two videos of this duet). Hoping to make this project debut live soon!
I've been trying to learn the piano. And I'm just mind blown at how hard this thing is yet how well played it is. When you don't play an instrument you can tell something is difficult when listening to it, but when you try to learn to play that instrument you can tell how much more difficult the thing is.
Thank you so much! It’s part of my Chamber Metal Project, in which I want to build up a bridge between classical and metal, through my piano solo transcriptions and for piano & electric guitar duet. I hope we can debut live asap!
I was amazed by people playing La Campanella, but this one takes it up a notch. Incredible version of one of my favourite songs. Really impressive skill set and endurance!
Damn! Your arrangement really shows a deep understanding of "Dance of Eternity" in all of its musical instruments and their interaction, (not only keyboard); your genius to figure how to transcribe such complexity for piano, the technical skills and musicianship to perform it not to mention the different camera angles that were obviously carefully planned. You're a genius!
Thank you so much! It’s a very pleasure for me to read these comments that understood the work behind. This is my philosophy in transcribing from rock/metal, trying to keep the atmosphere of the original, not only melody and simple bass 😅 I want to give due merit to those genres, even at the eyes of who are not into them.
Holy molly that was impressive. I saw the title and already went "wait... can he?" and hell yeah you managed to pull off. Loved your interpretation, specially the way you toyed with dynamics to pull the same agressiveness the guitar and bass have in the original piece. Fantastic job
Thank you! You really got the point, I wanted to recreate the same power and expressive details of the original but with a pianistic language! 🙏🏽 Exactly like pianists of 19th-20th century did transcribing from orchestral works
I would like to join other comments in congratulating you - not only on the playing itself, but even moreso on the spectacular arrangement. I was immediately struck by the way you managed to weave the drums into your playing. I often feel piano transcriptions lose the rhythm choices of the percussions, but here I can always hear the dynamics of the original song being preserved. Stellar work.
Thank you! You completely got my intention. Percussions here are essential, equal to guitars. Like many pianists of 19th century did starting from orchestral works, trying to give the same vibes of the original, I want to do the same with metal, where the band is my orchestra. Sometimes discovering new things I can do with piano!
It's absolutely amazing! I have known this title since 1999 in every detail and you have done an incredible job and you have with crazy talent! Thank you very much for this moment
And I thank you for noticing the work and the effort I put in making this piano solo version 🙏🏽 I wanted to get close enough to the original effect, like I always do in my piano transcriptions. Not simply the melody and the bass (like most of piano covers), but every detail I consider important for the “orchestral” effect.
Oh my goodness, my mind is blown! Just learning it on keyboard is hard enough, never mind a solo piano version! The ragtime solo was flawless, you even performed the bass solo (!), and sailed through all those time signature changes like nothing. My own piano covers (which I still have yet to upload) are heavily influenced by my classical training with RCM, and you set the bar ridiculously high for me. Well done!
Thank you so much! It’s part of my Chamber Metal Project, in which I’ll play piano solo transcriptions like this one, and piano and electric guitar both metal and classical transcriptions! I’m looking for good occasions to bring it live! 😎

Complimenti ancora.
